As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, 92dodo may at any point request verification of your identity, address, payment method, and source of funds. KYC verification is mandatory before processing any withdrawal. You agree to cooperate fully with any verification request and to provide documents within the timeframe specified. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being held until documentation is received and approved.

You warrant that all funds deposited into your 92dodo account are lawfully owned by you and that no deposited funds originate from illegal activities. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited. 92dodo is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities and cooperates fully with anti-money laundering investigations.
Note on Processing Times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited to your 92dodo balance within a few minutes of completion. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may take longer depending on the processing schedule of the respective institution. Raast and 1LINK processing times are subject to interbank clearing schedules.
You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your 92dodo account at any time, subject to the following conditions being met:

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are specified in your account cashier. High-value withdrawal requests may be subject to enhanced due diligence and may take additional time to process. 92dodo reserves the right to pay out large winnings in instalments where operationally necessary.
If your account remains inactive for an extended period as defined in our dormant account policy, 92dodo may apply an inactivity fee to the remaining balance. You will be notified in advance of any such fee being applied. It is your responsibility to maintain an active account or to withdraw your balance.
92dodo may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentive programmes to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions which are communicated at the time of the offer. General bonus conditions are set out below.
Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. The wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. Different game types contribute differently towards meeting wagering requirements. All sports bets placed on the 92dodo Platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific rules published on the Platform.
92dodo reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets from accounts identified as professional gamblers or arbitrage bettors. A bet is only confirmed once you have received a bet confirmation reference from the Platform. Any bet for which no confirmation reference is issued is not valid.
Bets may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: match abandonment, incorrect odds due to a technical error, obvious pricing errors, or where 92dodo has reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of the event has been compromised. Voided bets are returned to your account balance at the original stake amount.
PSL, Asia Cup, ICC World Cup, and all other cricket markets on 92dodo are subject to the cricket-specific betting rules published on the Platform. These rules govern outcomes in the event of rain delays, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method application, super-over scenarios, and other match interruptions. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with these rules prior to placing any cricket wager.
Maximum payout limits apply per event, per day, and per account. Maximum payout thresholds are displayed within the relevant betting markets and are subject to change. 92dodo is not obligated to pay winnings in excess of the stated maximum payout regardless of the odds at which the bet was accepted.
All casino games available on the 92dodo Platform, including slots, live baccarat, live roulette, live blackjack, and game show titles, use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing equipment streamed in real time. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is displayed within the game information panel.
In the event of a game malfunction, any bets affected by the malfunction will be declared void and stakes returned. 92dodo accepts no liability for any loss arising from a game malfunction that is attributable to the game software provider. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" — this principle applies to all casino games on the Platform.
In the event of disconnection during a live casino game or slot session, 92dodo's servers maintain a record of your game state. Upon reconnection, the game will resume from its last recorded state. If a game session cannot be recovered, the bet will be settled in accordance with the recorded game state at the point of disconnection. 92dodo accepts no liability for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's side.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data will not be sold to third parties. Where amendments are material, we will endeavour to notify registered users via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
